Q: What is the cost to register and list ads of cycling products on Byco Marketplace (such as bikes, parts, accessories, clothing, shoes, etc.)?

A: Registration and posting ads for sale is 100% free for individual sellers, bike shops and companies. 

 

Q: Is there any limit on the number of items that can be listed?

A: Yes, it depends on the type of account created. See prices and conditions.

 

Q: If I list an ad, how long does it take to show on the marketplace?

A: Ads are approved within a couple of hours from listing. 

 

Q: Is there a way that I can customize my account?

A: Yes. On your account settings, you can customize your shop and include logo, phone numbers, location, email address and links to your other social sites.

 

Q: Do you buy and sell cycling products on Byco Marketplace?

A: Yes. Just like the other shops, Byco Mobility also sells products and services. Our products are listed on Byco Shop. We however only sell new items of particular brands only. 

 

Q: When I sell an item. How can I disable the classified ad Byco Marketplace?

A: Login to www.by.co.ke/darshboard, go to products, select edit; on the edit page change the STATUS option from Active to SOLD.

 

Q: Can I advertise on the website's banner locations?

A: Yes. Contact us with your requirements so that we can work on your next advertising campaign.

Q: Can I post whatever I feel like in my ads?

A: All titles, pictures and descriptions of the ads are checked and, if necessary, revised/adjusted to ensure uniformity and quality in the contents published (misspellings, capital letters, different types and fonts, etc. are not accepted). Ads that do not qualify will be eliminated and Abusive Users will be eliminated without prior notice.
